• Developed Mac OS X application that downloads photos from camera (via USB) and lets users do cool things with their photos. This app is still popular.
• Also developed similar Mac OS 9 app using camera SDK via the serial port
• Helped complete an application for professional cameras to catalog photos and apply Kodak’s proprietary filters (my specific responsibility). Brought in by management to finish coding the project.
• Helped finish version 3 of Macintosh DNA analysis imaging software
• Responsible for final debugging

Iris Graphics, Inc., Bedford, Mass.  1997-1998
Principal software engineer. Design and program Macintosh software applications to control and calibrate high-end ink jet printers. Applications use threads to communicate with database server via TCP, and with spectrophotometer via serial port.
• Successfully released versions 1 and 2 of “ColorZone”
